Quality teaching is mandatory for any learning or educational institution. Our mentor school,DPS RK Puram,New Delhi and the DPS society at large ,conduct seminars and workshops periodically for the teachers. These workshops are conducted by renowned experts.

Annual School Fete and Art Exhibition Organized at DPS Khanna


Festive fervour was at its best during the gala fete organized at DPS Khanna on October 13, 2017. A throng of people came to attend the function. Delicious and mouth watering food items, on the spot competitions and joy rides a variety of fun games were also enjoyed by the visitors. An Art Exhibition was also put up by the students of Delhi Public School Khanna. It exhibited the hidden talent of the students. Many attractive prizes were won by the lucky winners in the Lucky Draw Contest.

4th International & 6th Indian Psychological Science Congress


The students of Psychology participated in the 4th International & 6th Indian Psychological Science Congress which was held at Panjab University, Chandigarh from 18-20 September 2017 on “Psychological Well Being: Reflections across the culture”.

There was a workshop by Prof. Paed Dr. Milada from Czech Republic, titled “Sport Science and Well-Being” and another workshop on Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MICBT) conducted by Prof. M.P. Sharma and Dr. Ajay Kumar from NIMHANS Bengaluru.

The students were appreciated and encouraged during their technical sessions by the session chairpersons for the hard work they have done for presenting the research paper and getting such exposure at the younger stage as a school student. There were 8 Psychology students in total from Class XII & XI who actively participated in the empirical research papers.

Fruits & Vegetables Activity


The students of pre- primary sections were given the first – hand experience of the market place in the school itself. A market scene was created in the backyard of the school where the tiny tots learnt to buy and sell fruits and vegetables. All the students enjoyed themselves a great deal during this activity.
